Vin til bøffen og den grillede mad. Intens rubinrød Cabernet Sauvignon med aroma af chokolade, gurkemeje, sort peber og solbær. Smagen er frugtagtig domineret af blåbær og blomme. Tanninerne er bløde og omfavnende.   Man kan nyde en lang og lækker eftersmag.

Very full, dark, deep, black-hued ruby-red colour, youthful in appearance. This has a elegant nose with good intensity of aromatic blackcurrant fruit with cassis and sweet oak lift, revealing some funky, complexing game and meaty nuances with aeration. Medium-full bodied, full and fleshy, sweet fruit flavours of blackcurrant and savoury olives and herbs are the feature on palate. Some game-like nuances emerge, adding interest. The fruit is underlined by fine, dry tannins that carry through to a light, textural finish. This is an elegant, juicy Cabernet Sauvignon with some game-like notes. Match with barbecued fare and roasted red meats over the next 3-4 years. 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Syrah from 12 y.o. vines, fermented to 13.5% alc., the wine aged 4-6 months in French oak. 16.5/20 Aug 2014
